Hi, I would like to sponsor immigration to my brother who is living in India. I had my brother & parents date of birth information accidently wrong printed on ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION Form when I applied for Canada Immigration in 2003. Please can any one of you suggest me how to correct this? or Will that be Okay to apply as it is.

If you sent your forms to Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario (http://cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp), you could send them a corrected form. However, I suggest you speak with the CIC call centre first and inform them and see what they advice.
