You are probably referring to Nilgiri located in the McNicholl plaza on Markham Rd.. I was introduced to this place by a client and whenever I pass by there, I can't resist grabbing a dosa and having a few things packed for home. Their dosas are excellent.

i called nilgiri and was quoted masaladosas $4.99/dosa
that aint cheap at all
Nilgiri restaurant is good an cheaper too, I can suggest Babu restaurant near to Mc cown and sheppard, south Indian food lil bit more spicy then other Indian food,but I like it.
