It is good to know about this food. I am also looking for good south rest.

Now your tasty reviews fired my hunger...

I will definately check that - but it is in Mississauga - so will take some time..

GG, you talk like Mississauga is about 8 hours away from Scarborough. You definately need to canadianise your distance gauging. :D

well, GG, you should be fine if you take 401 west Hurontario S exit during non-busy hours.....and it's not even snowing.....guess what ......plan your desi grocery shopping in mississauga one day. There are couple of good stores at hurontario & dundas. India town centre is owned by a surti patel where you'll find all gujju stuff including swaminarayan's farsan. They also sell lilva kachoris, batakavadas, samosas and khamans.......great taste. don't know where they get from. But good stuff.

make it GG's day out in Mississauga.

BTW don't forget to drop by square one.

Thanks for the direction. On weekdays I avoid travelling much as anyway it is 80 kms drive everyday. Only during weekends it is possible.

I have been to India Town - Mississauga couple of times. Owner is Mukesh Patel. Actually he was here in Scarborough India Town and they separated. Good and big place. But as dirty as other indian stores ;)

Need to know where do these people (India town centre-missi) get lilva kachoris and khamans from. They are damn good.

Let me know the direct source and we can get the stuff cheaper.....
