I tried Udipi on Gerrard St., Madras Palace on Elsemere and SB in Mississauga but i liked SB and MP equally well and Udipi not bad.

Do try out Onion Rava Dosa for which the hotel is very famous.

South Asians are known to have the highest number in - Heart problems , Heart attacks, diabetes, High Blood pressure, in Canada.
Also most of south Asian food is so over cooked that there is no valued nutrients left to really feed the human body cells. The food only mouth tests of spices with no nutrients value in it.
JUDGE THE FOOD BY ITS NATURAL NUTRIENT VALUE AND GOODNESS AND NOT BY ITS TEST. WATCH - OUT FOR G.M.O. FOODS IT IS DECEIVING IN NUTRIENTS.
ASK THE RESTAURENT OWNER FOR ITS FOODS NUTRITION GUIDE.
ASK THE SOUTH ASIAN STORE OWNERS WHO SELL THE SOUTH ASIAN PRODUCTS, FOR DETAILS ON NUTRIENT GUIDE OR INFORMATION .

Quality of food in Sarvana Bhavan is not to the same standard as it used to be. Also service is detoriating. They should chech it out or loose the clientale. Also they should look to their price as well

Every one has their own personality so do not comment on others. You will know better with time if you have patience.
At last we have a good competition for Saravana Bhavan. The recently opened Komalas - south indian vegetarian restaurant is a very good place to have south indian food. The prices are very reasonable and quality \" fantastic\".
They have an outlet in Steeles and Middlefield near ICICI Bank. These guys are very famous and infact ventured into Hotel business before the Nadars - Saravana Bhavan.
They will compete with Saravana Bhavan where the service is horrible and prices very high. I am happy we now have a choice.
Let us promote Komalas.
