Hey ! Some people give the post box no. address to their car insurance companies to reduce the car insurance. E.g, I am living in toronto, so my car insurance is high, but I want to open & give my postbox no address of brampton, milton or oakville and staying at toronto my insurance will dratically reduce.

Is this safe to do this?
