Why do you need that?
Those rules are gone !

I have a printed copy of it somewhere - I can fax it to you if you really need it badly :)

Thanks for your offer.

I got the copies from my friend.

Actually my case was filed in april 2000. So I am under old rules. I just wish to calculate my points.
I am getting 80 points before interview.

thanks once again.

Not exactly.
Sorry to disappoint you, but you are under new law.
Currently, *all* cases, irrespective of when they were filed, are under new laws.
CHC should have asked you to update your application with new forms by now.
If they have not, you must contact them immediately.
Maybe they have forgotten all about you in all the confusion that has been going on.
As part of that mess, it was determined that *all* cases will be assessed under new criteria set down in the IRPA.
*However*, *if* an applicant does not qualify under the new system and *if* the case was filed prior to Jan 2002, then the applicant will also be assessed under the old laws.
This may apply to you, or it may not.
Regardless, you must update your application with new forms.

Hope this helps.
