A guy who had a life style of Rs.25 Lakhs + in India and currently on a life style of combined family income of CD $45 - 50 K (total weekly working hours of husband and wife is 110 per week)this is a bonanza. This will be a bonanza/windfall for my family. We will have a good place to live, drive better cars and will be able to have a vacation after 3 years.
I do not want you to sympathize with me, but atleast you could empathize in my shoes!. I always wished that I could communicate such a message from within Canada, but unfortunately that has never happened and I do not see that happening in Canada in the near future. Many a times I feel that Canada does not want me, while big brother US of A is inviting me with an open arm. I'm running here behind head hunters, placement guys and hiring managers asking them to have a look at my resume. While I'm getting calls, unsolicited e-mails from recruiters in US of A, who have looked at my resume in Monster since posting it 3 months ago. I have my resume in Workopolis, atleast 47 recruiters have seen it till date in 2.5 years and I have nil response.
What do I do ?, I need to go where people want me and not where people want me to work below my potential and that to for free !.
I'm very happy now and hopefully this is the end of my current state of affairs. I want to share my joy with the whole world and hopefully there are others who are in similar situation, who would have a reason to hope for in the near future.I cannot give them money, physical help but the only thing I can offer to them is hope.
Best Regards,

Is it necessary to share that you are being offered a "135K" job? I have noticed others really like to discuss their salaries ! Is it all about money?
Do u want recognition that someone is willing to offer you that much?
Most Canadians I know find salaries discussions very personal and dont like to talk about this.

for a moment just for a moment think that u relocate somewhere else. What would be the factor for you to do that to leave ur country, relatives, childhood friends, the memories.
99% of the cases will say money. When even to make new friends you require money (to go to bars, restaurants etc) what do u do if u don't have or get it, or if you spend all ur days and night in just earning it and then not left with any time to spend it.

choosing between US & Canada is like making a choice between a contract job (more pay - no stability) and permanent job (less pay - more stability). It's a well known fact (and many like me will agree) that getting a US greencard itself takes around 5-7 years. Becoming citizen is a pie in a sky and take 5-7 years more after you get green card.
So many people on H1b are migrating to Canada from US because their family is surviving along with them. Their spouse cannot work. Children cannot get admission in college because they are not considered residents, etc. Canada on other hand welcomes people with open hands. It will allow your spouse to get an open work permit if you have one. Indeed Canada is better in terms of stability. Just like a pemanent job. If you want to make quick bucks, than US is the right place.

I wish I could agree with you about the less pay - more stability part. For immigrants sorry to say very less stability. Even most of the ppl. who call themselves "positive" agree to the fact that u have to study and start almost from scratch. So how does that provide stability. And if initially neither u have money by having high paying contract jobs or survive and neither stability on a low paying, how does a person justify that.

What you say may not be applicable for people who have worked in US and are planning to move to Canada. They don't need to study or start from scratch.
I am emphasizing moving to Canada from USA because you are about to do the opposite. I am not talking about people migrating to Canada from other parts of world - in which case I agree with you. Also, if you have a Canadian citizenship, you have acheived an important milestone and US should be the next one - again this is what I think. But I have heard many people after getting citizenship don't bother about going US since they are happy with whatever they get in Canada.
