A little digression from the topic....

I once saw a car with personalized Michigan plates that read "I SUE BG". The guy had cameras on the front windshield, back glass and on all four windows. I thought to be an interesting deterrent.

Iceberg you were wrong in honking. If he was slow you have to just wait. In this case you are the aggresive driver. If you were behind me i would report you as an aggresive driver. :down: :cuss:

Many a times I have either changed lanes in rush or break hard to avoid collision ... and that too going down on 80kmph road. Entering live lanes at slower speed is dangerous

If Driver Rear Ends in such scenario then who is at fault?

I think since the guy turned on a right and made a car coming in straight direction to brake he s obviously on the wrong .

Sometimes you get cut in between and feel infuriated . I dont think Iceberg did anything wrong in reporting the matter to police . Even if he is a gang member , he would think twice before attempting anything as he knows that the police are informed on this . So just chill - you did the right thing .

Try and avoid eye contacts in such cases .
