Hi guys, this may sound little strange but heres the issue....i moved about a yr and a half back from US after staying there for about 8 yr....i went thru divorce in US back in 2003 and got married again in 2005 with a women who was canadian and ended up moving to canada....i have 2 kids in US who live with their mom...one of the son, who is 15 is impatiently waiting to come join me and live with me but my ex wouldnt agree to give me custody....little one is now to a point where he wants to cross the border (thru Buffalo, NY) all by himself....my ex and kids have lost status in US (but are working on adjusting status)...problem is if the little one is unable to make it thru the Canadian border (without his documents) then he cannot even go back to US....anyone have had previous experience with refugee filing who can guide me thru this.
