Is the proof shared with Pakistnai intelligence?

Interesting piece of information. Unfortunately Indian police/intelligence is only capable to investigate and research. Even if they really want to act they will be resisted by the political leaders who are always in Election mode and involved in vote bank politics. Which through's up an interesting question.
Everybody thinks (or would like to think) that its only a small section of people who support or who are simpathetic to Pak sponsored terror/mafia/jihad in India. If that was true, why would most of politians try so hard to appease this small section of people? I mean they are not fools to fight & sqabble over a very few votes when most people want development and no religious extremism.

This is a million dollor question 'How do you know it is all true'.
Facts are there and make your judgement. We do not what is true and what is not
For the sake of discussion, I am claiming you are Dawood and needed to be turned over to India. If a person got a ligitimate name identity proving he is not Dawood then how in the world a claim by a foreign country should be accepted by Pakistan. Maybe India got it all wrong? Is there a chance that an innocent person will be handed over for brutal intorrogation? If there is then one may need to think it all over and be in that person shoes to judge. Lets be un bias first to discuss this with open mind.

There is no point in doing a debate when things are clear
There are key words: "but it is believed" menaing not sure exactly.
Also read further he got many passports to allow him to freely travel meaning he is not sitting in Pakistan only so go figure. Also these articles are published for making money and the time the article is publish Dawood disappear and wear a different hat. So lets be realistic if he travel around the world then why only one country mentioned-- Any taker.

But it is believed that the don also uses a Pakistani passport – H 123259 – issued in Rawalpindi, Pakistan in July 2001. In this Pakistani passport, Dawood is called Md. Anees, a name that does not even figure on the Interpol watchlist.
The gangster has 29 passports from several countries including, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Azerbaijan and Mauritius among others. The Interpol red corner notice lists 11 of his Indian passports, but he apparently does not use them anymore.
