Try this....

On the web page containing the picture you want to save, go to File > Save as and in the Save as box make sure the "Save as type" drop down box has 'Web Page complete' selected. Give any location on your local machine and any file name you want. Finally click on Save button. Go to the location where you saved the file and will find a folder with the same name as file name. Look into that folder and you will find the picture there.

If you still find any problem, pm the web page address to me and I will try to find out some solution. Basically if you can see any web page on your machine, its all contents are on your local machine memory. There are other methods to capture them from the memory.
