Though I believe you did bargain on the sale price, I think you got conned by one of their service plans, you have paid 25% of the cost of the tv as an insurance, I just googled for "service plan future shop" I suggest you do the same..good luck

Watch site of SIG elecronics. it is in $400, May be it is model 450 and no USB connection. But it is still samsumg and LCD.

Futureshop is selling Samsung 40" LCD 1080 for Cad 799/- on Boxing Day per their flyer .... 2001 AudioVideo is selling 46" 1080 LCD for 999/- ... Sharp 42" 1080 LCD for 799/-
