Can any of fellow desicandian , tell me what is the better accounting package for small business needs like processing payroll and paying PST and GST calculations.
Is it simply accounting or quick books? and please let me know, from where I can buy at best price. If I can go to ebay. pl.suggest.

Quick Books is very basic meaning you can make entry and delete or change.....any time...one has to pay extra/mth for their pay roll service. If not much staff, can do on excel.

Whereas in Simply Accouting you can not delete, just reverse.

So for learners, who are going to make mistake and learn as they go, QB is better option but if you want it for an employee to work on, SA is better.

Yesterday, my friend told me he has brand new quick books software and he will gave it to me and he will teach me too.
Ashu, could you please let me know how much practice/time, I need to learn this SW so I can work without any problem. I will have 6 employees.

QB has a unique key, if that friends QB has been regd somewhere with that key, you may not be using it legally.

Learning time depends on your background....and how u r learning ?
