My spouse who is Physical Therapist by education had a interview for Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and they asked her about salary, her response was "Äs per market".

They asked her to come back on Friday and tell the hourly rate she is expecting.
Does anybody know what the hourly rate for PTA in Toronto area is ?

I looked at many salary websites and they are suggesting around $13-17/hr but I know from experience that these sites normaly shows below market salary, so whats the actual salary range for PTA in Toronto ?
