I want some info, please
Getting married this summer here in Canada
and my brides family is back in India
How do I expedite the process of getting visitors visa for her family?
We are both Canadian citizens (of Indian background) and I have lots of family here.

It was suggested that we can apply for a visitors visa from Canada,
I do not think its possible, and then secondly how can I show security here
so as to explain to the authorities (Canadian Customs and Immigration Officials) that this is genuine.

Please any suggestions would be much appreaciated.

why do u think it is not possible?

security?? you need to prove that you would be able to bare their expenses while they visit you in canada.You need to prove that you are financially strong to support their visit(your salary,your savings)

or is it necessary for us to apply from within India?

What supporting documents do we need to provide to our family to apply for a Visitors Visa, and also what documents do they need to show to apply?

Out of the above which is a better choice to apply and not be refused a visitors visa?
