I need to get transcripts from an university in Madhya Pradesh-India. Does any know of liasioning service being offered?

Could anyone provide any way for doing this?

Are Transcripts absolutely necessary for getting into University in Toronot -even for partime students

As far as I know, this is perhaps the most difficult part of the whole admission procedure. My friend's wife, who is from Jaipur, and her father in law (my friend's father) also living in Jaipur and ex-principal of the engineering college, could not do it easily. She had to go there herself and get it done.

When my wife applied at York, she requested her sis-in-law to get it done. The first time the mail was never received by admission office here. So another trip was made from Delhi to Meerut, and this time, she got it with her and sent it by DHL from her office in Delhi. York received it - but they called and said we will not accept it as it is not sent by the university directly (They had the sender's address on the DHL envelop - even though the original sealed envelop of the university was there). So a third time the transcrips were sent from Meerut post office by registered post - and in the records of the post office, sender's address was put as the university (as you know how it is done!)
