The embassy will understand if you are able to explain clearly why you couldn't provide the originals in a sealed envelope or indeed get the uni to send them directly. Just explain in as much detail as possible. Get the name of someone reliable at the uni who you can ask the embassy to contact.

Thank u Massoodji. Will follow your advise. I am new to this forum and am currently going thru' all your previous posts. I must mention that I am "enlightened". There were many queries that I had previously which I kept asking my consultant but failed to get satisfactory responses. Just by going through your posts I have been able to get most of my answers. Must say we r lucky to have you on this forum !!
Thanks once again...

Hi Alexm,
Did not notice yr response earlier. Did u apply in the SW category or as a student ?
Thanks
Thanks Alex. At one point, even I had applied for Quebec and was preparing to give TEF thinking that it wud be easy to get 2 points in French. But at that time, most people who had done full year courses in French said that it was difficult to get points even for basic proficiency in french. I had otherwise qualified. Luckily the points were lowered for Canadian immigration and I decided to switch. Till date I wonder if I have done the right thing - wud I have qualified in French ? Anyways, what about u ? How do u find Quebec ?
