I tried to see the result ,what would happen if I enter PIN in reverse order.
Result , I did not get either money or card .
Now I have to go all the way to my bank to collect the card!

So you are trying to say that just one wrong PIN entry, and the ATM gobbled up your card (normally gives you 3 tries before it eats your card). Either your card is faulty or the bank sucks big time!!
Besides, the concept most probably is not meant for "MIDDLE EAST"
