Can a contractor receive EI if the company fires him for performance below average.Afer 1.5 years a new VP comes in and says that you have not met your targets when your immediate bosses have not had any issues.No performance appraisal has been done in the last 1.5 years.

I just want to make sure I am eligible for HRDC training.
