Please tell me about coomon-law spouse sponsorship!
If i lived (cohabitated) with my gf 5 months in usa, 4 months in uk and 5 months in canada - Being Canadian citizen, am i eligible to sponsor her as a common-law spouse under family class? or we both have to live continusely for 12 months at one place and then become eligible?
Alos advice me how should I prove that we cohabitated? Plz let me know how visa officers do assessment in regard to cohabitation.
