Hi,
My wife completed her 1 year post grad diploma from toronto in Sep 2011 and is currently on a 1 year work permit till 31st Dec 2012. She would be moving to saskatoon on 1st March 12 to complete 6 months of employment there, post which she would apply for the SINP programme. In 3-4 months she would get the SINP letter and then she would appky for the PR.
My question is can she call me to Canada after she gets the SINP letter ?
Will I become eligible to live with her/work in Canada once she has the SINP letter in hand ?
I am in India. Ever since she left for Canada we have not lived together, would the Canadian govt be liberal towards our case as she is there and I am here ? I am just higher secondary pass and dont fit into any skilled category and work in India as a BPO supervisor.
If the ans is YES, what all she needs to do to get me there ? eg, funds, employment etc.
PLS ADVICE !
Regd,
Prateet
SINP letter does not give her any immigration status but it almost guarantees PR. Also she can renew her work permit with SINP letter as PR process takes time.
You may apply for a work permit with an employment letter of your wife and SINP letter. If not, you have to wait till your PR application is approved.
