One Brad Jacobson of Canadian Forces Immigrant Recruitment Initiative 18th, Floor 201 Portage Ave Winnipeg ( 204 926 8866) has issued an appointment job offer to one of my friend in India on June 17 who is an Indian Citizen and not even applied for immigration as he is not qualified in any of the category. Offer has been made to him by Brad for Signals Officer NOC 00643) 2nd Lieutenant. Brad Jacobson is an immigration consultant having CSIC membership. His website is http://www.canadianimmigrationsolutionsinc.ca/
He has reportedly joined hands with XXXXX, whose directors are living in India and are selling these job offers for $10000 to $15000 for this offer. There are lots of stories about XXXXX that they have shut down its Canada office and after collecting money from the people, they will close all its offices in India too. There is a history attached to the owners of XXXXX.
In this regard please confirm if anyone can confirm if Govt of Canada/Canadian Forces have authorized Brad to issue such offers to non Canadian citizens for fee ranging from $10000 to $15000
I presume these are fake letters. Please reply what should be done. If this letter is a fake one, what action could be taken to get the money back?
If any reader has got more information about this please share. officials of Canadian Forces have confirmed that they have not authorized any one to issue such job offers and investigation are under way.
XXXXX is truly stand for World's Worst Immigration Consultancy Services
Always remember this. One needs to be a Canadian Citizen to apply or to be eligible for Federal level jobs in Canada. It's not a cakewalk. So be beware of such false claims and employment frauds.

I am a Gents and not a Ladies.
On the other hand, I would encourage immigrants from India to migrate to Canada at all cost / any cost as we need more people to pay tax, to rent our homes, to buy our car, to use our food banks, to buy petrol, to use our costly daycare, to pay 13% tax on many things that we have to sell you. Canada needs these tax dollars to run its healthcare, care for seniors, pay welfare cheques, de ice roads, pay for police, Pay for e-health etc...
We need you. So please apply legally to the govt., stand in que and come in droves.

I can smell something like 'Tree Scheme' here. Newest members footing the bills of senior members. But the urge to ‘Go Canada’ is so strong, even telling the truth will not affect their FOREN enthusiasm. I have seen many asking if (s)he should come, after 90 % making up mind already to fly to the dream land.
A handful of success stories, most of us flaunting dollar value during short trips back home (may be on credit cards) will never let the spirit die.

I am pretty sure that Even Canadian citizens (from outside Europe and NA) would find it difficult to qualify and be short listed for these jobs living inside Canada itself.
if you search the charcha, you can find another lady who was offered a Manager job at Holiday inn from India (though an agent who has an office in Brampton) when local Asian immigrants canot even get a cleaner job at Holiday Inn, Canada.
So buyer beware.

The Holiday Inn example above is really an amazing reality...
Sometimes people are so mesmerized by the might dollar that they turn a blind eye to common sense.....
job SCAM BY XXXXX. and Brad jacobson
These job letters issued by Brad Jacobson who is CSIC member and delivered by XXXXX. to the people who are paying XXXXX. $5000 to $10000 are totally fake as confirmed by Canadian forces email appended below.
Any body can apply for HRSDC approval when we know this is going to be rejected. This is just to gain time so that the people could remain calm and not ask for refunds. Both Brad and XXXXX. will say after the rejection that they have applied for HRSDC approval and if it is not approved it is not their fault
The issue is who is going to investigate this fraud when CSIC is aware about this.
Here is the copy of email

Good Day,
Thank you for your interest in the Canadian Forces (CF).
There currently is no Canadian Forces Immigrant Recruitment Initiative, the offer he has received is a fake. In order to join the CF one must be a Canadian Citizen, and the CF plays no role in the immigration process.
An investigation is currently underway to determine the source of these letters.
Sincerely,
A. Gray
