So like what is the feedback for the first day of hands-free even if fines aren't to be slapped till Feb 1 2010?

Here's some good advice from 7 little girls sitting in the backseat:

"Keep your mind on you driving, keep you hands on the wheel, keep your droopy eyes on the road ahead..."
