Hi...

I need help from someone who knows immigration laws

My mother in law is here since 6 years as she is not able to write english, we were waiting for here to be enter in senior catagoty (60 yrs) to get citizen witout writing any exam, last month she finished all formality of citizenship, reply her that they will call for OATH after 3 weeks but they didnt sent any letter. we didnt apply for PR card. she she has not any travelling document,now situation occur that she must have to go India as her mother is seek.

She can visit India but what about retun??? or what is procedure to go India without PR card and return.

You can get an emergency PR card I believe for $50. Look at the cic.gc.ca website.
