I shall rejoin workforce after parental leave.

I would appreciate if someone can provide me leads and information about back office processing assignments with the big 5 banks in GTA. I am flexible to start with temporary assignments through placement agencies.

My previous experience was in general office duties. Now I am targeting to get into banking sector.

I was wondering if joining second career program would be a prudent idea or not? What programs have better prospects in job market?

I would appreciate all your inputs. Thanks very much in advance.

One such course is : CSC.. See if you can get into one such course, if you are eligible. Check all of these things out first. Then join and work hard to get to the top.

Thanks very much for your reply. What I am looking forward to is to know quickest way to get myself in the back office processing or any clerical/data entry position. I am aware of CSC but it might not be possible for me at this time to get into doing CSC due to family circumstances. I have good typing proficiency and it is around 50-60 wpm.

I was wondering whether it would be rational to register placement agencies like Manpower or try directly which has less chances of getting a success.I am not aware whether at present time agencies are hiring for temporary of contract back office position for banks or not? If any one has any leads or information and share with me I would appreciate that.
