No, if he's not in Canada and fails to finish the required days there's no guarantee of PR card extension. Strong financial situation won't help either. If he can come and live in Canada now and complete his days...that'll be the best way to preserve his PR. Having PR or not having a PR has no effect on his properties and having properties has no effect on PR situation.

If one doesn't complete the required PR days the case is decided on Humanitarian grounds and in his case there's nothing like that.

He is outside canada.his worry is whther he will be allowed inside canada or not.If not what is the status of his assets.how he can get it.

He can get to his assets by applying for a visitor visa

Is that were so, then everyone would just deposit some money in a bank account and not have to worry about residency requirements.
