Ok Whats the big deal? There is no single country on earth that is perfect and there could be such big long articles on bad as well as on good. Now what is important is where country was, where it currently is and how the future will look. India is in better shape than it was few year back and very well posed to take a leap. Right now it is going thru a phase where it has all the pieces ready...just need to put them together..and they will get put together. There will be hurdles and possiblities of 2 Indias...very poor and very rich India. Only issue that India needs to keep an eye on is neighbours....and it is taking right steps by purchasing those arms and ammo.
So whoever this author is...will visit and praise India.

Jai Ho!

So true. I wonder why he made exception for Kerala.

From what I know of Kerala, it holds the highest percentage of literate population. Also, the people seem to have a higher degree of civic sense compared to most other states. This tends to translate to cleaner everything. Mind you, everything I said above is on a relative term compared to rest of the states. Maybe that's why he exempted Kerala.

As I stated elsewhere, there is no way to authenticate the article as no link has been provided. The article seems to e really fishy. Further, from what I know about Kerala, they have open sewage system ( or was till a few years back). I do not believe there is high degree of corelation between literacy and civic sense. I have seen even highly educated peple lacking civic sense and illiterate observing the same. It has to do more with cultural upbringing.

Kerala is one of the most "polluted" state on this earth. They are lazy bunch and do not allow any industry to come up there. They are surviving on budgetary support from Central Govt at the expense of other states like Gujarat as Sonia's henchmen are full of Keralites.

Is this the "crap" you were talking about? Just trying to understand.

I suppose Kerala must have lots of industries and mines to be so polluted. Thanks for the enlightenment.

Who is responsible for this pathetic condition of India.

WE WE WE WE WE WE WE WE WE

Why always blame Government or some other agency.

LOOK AT WHAT WE DO HERE IN INDIA

ASK ANY INDIA WHAT IS GOOD IN INDIA AND HE WILL SAY WE RESPECT ELDERS / WOMEN AND WE HAVE GOOD CULTURE AND UNLIKE CANADIANS / AMERICANS / EUROPEANS WE DON’T IGNORE OUR ELDERS AND ILLTREAT OUR WOMEN:

What we do in India:

•Travelling in bus / train we never give seat to any elder/ pregnant woman/ small children, we let them stand and let our selves remain comfortable.

•We don’t let senior citizen to let deposit phone bill/ buy train ticket or get on bus on priority.

•We are champions of discussion and claiming we are doing a lot for elders but in fact we do nothing.

•We kill by burning our brides / daughter in laws for dowry.

•We kill unborn girls before birth since we want boy only.

•We on finding any girl stare her all time and pass lewd remarks and stare her. You will not find Indian girls chating in yahoo rooms.

•A girl who does not allow advances of a guy is called gasti ( whore ).

WHAT WE DO IN INDIA ON EVERYDAY BASIS

•Spit at any place be it road, hospital, court, school, market place, cinema hall. These days I find these they teach Environmental Science( EVS) in Schools, but we study to score good marks only. No need to follow. Now a days even Amir Khan is also teaching on “Incredible India” campaign – don’t spit in open. Nobody learns here, since we preach and not follow.

•Throw garbage anywhere, make our surroundings as dirty as possible. Shopkeepers clean the shops and throw garbage on roads. House owners also clean and throw on road. Seems roads are the real dustbins for us. Even when there is garbage bin we prefer to throw garbage outside it. Recollect now how we dispose off out garbage.

•Make noise everywhere, speak at loudest, shout at public places, we have loudspeakers in our temples, mosque, gurdwaras which starts vibrating right at 4’O Clock in morning. Even if you are sick , studying or sleeping and don’t want to listen still they will be at their loudest. Telling them to stop means religious blastamy

•Honk our cars/ two wheeler all day on roads. Although we know that even dogs don’t bark without reason.

•Drive wreck less. Indian roads are war zones. Less than 1 % of vehicles of world and more than 19 % of accidents in India. Undertaking, zip zap driving, wrong parking, over speeding, crossing red light, driving without licence, pollution certificate and insurance, going under the railway crossing barrier, walking on road in a column treating it as private property, parking on road to meet a friend for gup shut ( exchanging pleasantries), driving without seat belt or helmet ( except when we see policeman or apprehend challan( ticket ) ), Parking at wrong place and obstructing flow of traffic is considered a right given under Constitution on India .

•Destroy public property, tear seats of buses and train, dig roads for functions for installing tents, steal electricity

•We have turned India a big shit pot. Look at people shitting on road sides, train tracks, open fields, river banks . Even when there are public toilets people prefer to shit any place and every place

•Indian marriage means disturbing peace on roads and in surrounding localities. And after the marriage is over dirt all around. ( people will give logic that marriage takes place once in life time so everything is justified ).

IF YOU FEEL I AM WRONG, MY POSTING IS OPEN FOR CRITICISM
