my score is 82 in self-assessment test and eligibility tool it show u can apply Federal Skilled Worker Program or canadian experiece class but still i am not clear beause my job porfile is not in the noc and i am civil engineer but working in different field. how can i apply for pr

All of us study well and get a job. Now get one that fits the description in the NOC list. Work for an year. While you are at it, get through IELTS with flying colours.
BAM, now your job skills are in demand here.
Apply, pay the fees, get the medical done and Police clearance completed and get in. I might have made it look simple. It is not meant to be. You have to work hard at it and make it a success story.
You are young, energetic, well qualified and now need the proper job skills to go with it.
