You are eligible to sponsor if:
1) Between you and your spouse can show the required amount of income. You have to have a basic income of $39,500.00 per year to support FOUR People (4) If the family is larger, then see the table here under.

2) You all have clean Police Records.
3) Have not defaulted before on any other support or sponsorship.
4) You feel that you have established yourselves comfortably here in Canada and have all the proof required by the CIC in their application kit. Such as NOA etc.,

Being on disability does not dis-qualify you.
