My wife sister is a nurse in Islamabad.

Some overseas employment agent has sent brochers in hospital where she work that they can sent her to Canada on immigration visa for $5000.00 fee within a year.

Can someone give me their advises on this

Any links which help me to find out about nurses eligibility for scoring system.

I think under new scheme they are processing pretty quickly, like within a year or two. Occupations list is here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp

Remember that she will have to get her license in Canada before she can work as a nurse because it is a regulated profession.

As it is hot category according to new changes in immigration laws, she can come to canada in about a year. She need not to go to the agent to apply for immigration.
But as rajcanada truely said it is a regulated profession so no agent can offer a job directly and she has to study in Canada.
