Yes, current timing is within 10 months, but if your father is eligible to apply for PR, why cant he apply as family? I mean he can apply for you as dependent child right now and save time from sponsorship.

Once he get PR, you all can land here, get PR, he can go back within month and you can stay here. If you search, this site itself has such cases.

But question is FSW1/2 criteria for PR are more stringent now than ever. So check carefully.
