Dear All
Please advise me:-
I am the Principal applicant(main applicant). will my family get permanent PR status while I don not stay for full 3 years and continue with my current job.
Please advise please advise

They can apply for citizenship if they fulfill the residency obligations. Your status has no bearing on their application, if they meet the requirements.

Answer is YES ... Each person's status is independent .

I would like to put the question in another way, if the family is living in Canada and I am living and working outside since I can't find job in Canada will my PR be renewed even though I stay less than 730 days in 5 years? Will there be any consideration for me since my family is always staying in Canada?

Read above .... Each case is independent .

Immigration may be lenient on their discretion . But then what would you do if they do not offer the courtesy ?

You do get benefit in residence if you are working for a Canadian Company who has relocated you abroad or if your spouse is a Canadian citizen who is relocated abroad for work .
