My question is Which Document i have to Provide at ariport in india
to bring him here
i know the procedure
I was a citizen of canada at the time of his birth that makes him canadina
citizen as well .
i also contacted indian Counslate india but i did not get the reply from them
. I am applying for temp canadian citizenship for my son who is born in india
i have birth certificate
but at air port in india
which document or documents i have to provide for my son
he is 1 and half year old
does he need a indian passport
if any one went through these things before
please let me know

You say, "I was a citizen of Canada". Are you still?
Read through the CIC website to absolutely make sure your son is Canadian citizen since they changed the laws on citizenship recently.
If you and your son are Cdn citizens, you might have an issue which you may have to carefully take care of through the Cdn embassy.
India does not recognize dual citizenship. Therefore, you can only either use Cdn passport or Indian passport. If you use the Indian passport, your son will require some form of document showing he is eligible to enter Canada using a visa before they'll you leave India. Canada will not issue a visa since your son is already Cdn.
If you use the Cdn passport, your son will need to show Indian visa or the basis of legal stay in India all this time. I believe this dilemma can be overcome by working through the Cdn consulate who might issue a one time permit on his Indian passport allowing him to leave India and enter Canada.
At least that's the procedure followed when a child adoption is completed in India by Cdn citizens since an adopted child automatically becomes a Cdn citizen without having to become a PR and a similar dilemma arises during that situation. Your case will be different.
