Dear All;

My friend is in Australia on study permit. He had applied for Canadian Permanent residency in July 2010 under Sydney consulate, Australia visa office. Now his Australia study permit will going to expire in November 2011 and so that he would like to transfer his Canada PR application from Sydney, Australia to New Delhi, India.

So kindly please let me know before how many days he can transfer his file (before November 2011) , how long it will take to tranfer the file and what is the processing time for New Delhi mission..??
