Can you suggest a good scanner. Mine just died.

I got one from Costco Brother, Multi function center,
Laser printing, scanner, fax, copier etc.., performing very good for more than a year and cost was about 150.
It is MFC 7440N, should cost you close to 150 CAD, might cost you less now. It doesn't have wireless.

A location would help.
There are tons available in the market. As JRF has suggested, Costco is one place also try NCIX and Canada Computers
Some of the newer ones have wireless built in and are reasonably priced
