Hello,
My all in one Dell printer keeps showing a "printhead error" message. I have removed and cleaned and reinstated the printhead as suggested by the manual but it has no effect. Is there something else I should be doing to get this working?

You should get a new print head and use it.
Even after cleaning, if the other PH is not working it is either :
1. Current print head circuits are wrong
2. Printer is at fault.

If the printer is at fault, it is better and cheaper to buy a new printer. This is the problem with low cost printers.
