I don't know why India need to do this. We do have good schools and those should be given an international exposure.
Whatever faulty system we have, that has produces tons of NASA engineers, Silicon Valley IT Professionals and what not!
Just figure out what are our qualities, strengthen them. Figure out what are our weaknesses and work on those.
That is it.

I do not know what this joker means by level playing field. Does he mean that these foreign institutes would have to provide for 70% reservation or does he mean that these institutions can provide third rate education and still collect bounty (of course, a sizable portion of the loot would go to MMS/Sonia) like "minority" promoted institutions.
MMS/Sonia would not stop till India is bankrupted again.
