Mobilicity says the Galaxy Nexus is “coming soon”
By Ian Hardy on January 4, 2012 at 12:31pm in Mobile News, Mobilicity
The Galaxy Nexus be extending its reach past the exclusive grip of Bell and Virgin, heading towards Rogers, Fido and TELUS. It’s now known that both Rogers and Fido will be releasing the OS 4.0 powered device on January 10th, but TELUS’ release is still unclear. For those waiting on other carrier announcements, specifically Mobilicity, you can count on this arriving in their lineup too.
On Twitter, Stewart Lyons, the new President & COO of Mobilicity, confirmed that the Galaxy Nexus is “coming soon”. No word on when, most likely sometime in January. With Mobilicity getting the Galaxy Nexus you can bet that a WIND and Videotron release is also coming soon.

Looks like it is better to get one from here. Thanks.
Samsung and Rim are notorious for releasing phones with same model names but different frequency bands.. i.e. one version will be for Rogers Bell telus and another for Wind and Mobilicity..
If u are planning to take Mobilicy/wind service Best to buy handset from here..
For Rogers bell and tellus.. most triband phones will work but u still need to check frequency..
Best to get 3G or higher phones to get good data speed..
Thanks all. I loved Samsung Galaxy note, but, it looks like it is not going to work in Canada.
I will go for a google nexus from Wind when I get in Canada. Any feedback?
