When I check the status online, there shows "Decision Made" but the detailed message still saying sent me the letter for citizenship test.

I took the test in April 5, 2004, now shows "Decision Made", is this means that I passed the test? Do they normally have this message before asking you for the Oath? Please share you experience as I am a little confused.

Also, could you please let me know how long it took from Decision Made to sending you letter for Oath? I plan a trip for a few weeks but definately don't want to meet this event. Anyone can share your experience will be greatly appreciated.
