I want to have Vastu pooja or satyanarayan pooja at my place in Vaughan. Can someone suggest a good Hindu Priest/Panditji. Also how much does he charge?

South Indian or North Indian.

If south Indian then Tamil, Kannada, Telugu or Kerala.

Assuming Tamil it would be around 300 bucks + extra for prasad on a rough estimate.

You could negotiate and you could get a receipt and get tax deduction for this year as a donation to his temple/ trust.

His temple incidentally is a satyanarayanaswamy temple of misssissauga.

We recently did a Vaastu Pooja . Pujariji is a south Indian and was extremely good and dedicated . Through out the pooja he explained the meanings and reasons of different 'Vidhi and Vidhans' The process lasted more than 4 hours and he did not asked for any additional "Chadava" with every ritual unlike our north Indian priest ( to be more specific Delhi based priest )
Total Expense : $ 200 ( His Fees )
$ 20 in loonies for Pooja

$ 75 - Everything else required for Pooja . He gave us a list of items required and recommended a shop where everything was avlbl including big banana leaves . Most items are avlbl at home itself but we decide to buy anyways .
