Instead of being cry baby, we Asians should strive hard and show abilities to lead. Sky will be limit then. Change comes after struggle of few generations but human being is impatient species.

Will you like in India a Gora comes in from foreign land and start to manage your company work ? ...my answer is Yes if I see abilities of that Gora much more than my own countrymen.

Abilities matters and whining kills the momentum which is gained by few able asians in America. Look upto them .
