There is an article on CD home page under the heading -my experience in canada.
in this article chandresh has narrated his experience in canada. the article is very well compiled and showing very negative picture of canada. Also in the article the author is saying that he is leaving canada.
I have also read lot of posts of chandresh in which he is sounding so much positive about every thing in canada.this chandresh is a senior member of CD and is GLOBAL MODERATOR.
i confused whether it is the same chandresh who wrote the same article on CD home page or another person.
once Rajan Desai has also raised the same issue.
There is no problem if one change his opinion as circumstances and perceptions changes regularly.
but my question is when one's opinion is so much changed about canada then there is no logic of putting that article on CD homepage.
i request CHANDRESH to put modify his original post mentioning reasons for such huge change of opinion so that other members may be enriched by his experience.
I have really read lot of posts of chandresh and he really sound very experienced and seasoned professional.
I hope chandresh ji you will not take it otherwise and clarify the matter.

I have noticed similar change of opinion/perceptions of
Harjeet and Murthy and quite a few of others.
what it means -change of opinion due to newer experiences or intentionally they are casually playing with sentiments of curious and serious memebers of CD.

Really a serious problem.

I hope Chandresh can answer this well. Chandresh is the same person. He wrote that article than went back to this country and again came back about after a year. Now it is almost 3+ years he is in Canada and you can see some definate changes in his writings.

What does this mean? Give about a year to any desi, and he/she will settle down here quite comfortably!! I know it is not easy, but initial year is most important.

Let us wait for Chandresh's reply.

Harjeet and Murthy are i think in canada for more than one year and their thinking turned from positve to negative.
Harjeet who was so sounding so much positive now advising everyone to go back to canada.

Anyway chandresh's original post is required to be modified by him as the facts as enumerated by him have been changed alibi his recent posts.

I don't believe Chandresh need to modify original post. He may need to write a follow-up article. The original article and the change in opinion with time based on new experiences is what everyone goes through whether they are trying to settle down in a new country or going from one phase of their lives to another.

It is about 10:45 in the evening when Ihave seen this post and though would have loved to write in details, my laborious jobs leave me no strength to even sit at my desk any more. Got to go to sleep now to wake up early and start another day with three part time jobs!

In short, there has not been any change of heart - and my article still stands and I mean each word of it that I had written. I only need someone intelligent enough to read and understand that well - I think ptm and others have many a times failed to understand the message behind the article.

Will write in details sometime later - which might not be very soon - my three jobs keep me very busy and leave me very tired. (kya karen, paapi pait ka sawal hai!)
