hi , i m planning to buy home first time.
is it good time to buy house . my range around 300k in brampton,
or should i wait more , i heard that price will go down in next couple of months quickly.

Would you like to own a home, live in it and enjoy? Then, yes it is a great time to buy.
If you are looking to purchase based on predictions, well, who knows, you can wait for the unknown future and see what happens. There is another thread with a multitude of opinions, right from doomsday to something that makes fair sense. You may want to review that thread.

just go for it. i bought home in recession. still thinking it was a gr8 decision. When i was buying, people who was renting, was telling me same thing like not to buy, price will drop etc.....
so just go for it......think you are not doing investment.....you are just buying a home...sweet home....

Generally Buying house is always a piece in the mouth more than you can chew !! But good thing is everybody who took the option is having the mouthfull, so why standing in the back row...take one step forward, eyes closed, pinch your nose and plungggge...
We went through the same phase as you last July when we bought our home.... We are glad we did...
Yep I do remember responding to the forum along with most who just responded. Curious though which house did you finally buy. I am sure apart from being appreciated by 10-15% you must have been enjoying living there.
