Please help in taking a decision whether I should go with ADT ($45 per month on GSM) or Reliance Protectron ($33 on GSM) . Its 3 years contract so want to be sure before hooking up with anyone of them. ADT has more recognition in market so might be more effective. Reliance Protectron is $12 cheap on pocket.

They both and others use same technology and similar process in case of alarm. None of them make it faster. Then why to pay more?

With ADT, you do not own the equipment after the contract but with Protrecton you do. That another point you need to consider.

You can buy your own and get it monitored thru themonitoringcentre for $9.99 per month plus $10 if you want GSM.

ADT is over priced for same service.

Desi # 1: I have done the math. For initial 3 years going on contract is better than buying equipment. I think with ADT , you own the equipment too.
