I am new to canada and applied for many jobs within canada and had no success.

I am an engineer basically.

I applied to one multi national company for a position.

They have jobs in camaroon. The offered to me a job with 70 $ pay per hour 8 hours a day five days a week. Company accommodation + visa + airtickets.

3 months probation. Then I need to continue in cameroon untill project finish.

They said after completion of project, either I will be posted in cameroon or europe or US office.

Company is MNC and I am fully satisfied.

But I am not sure about cameroon in Africa.

If I search in internet, good and bad are there in cameroon.

I want my fellow desi's expert opinion about cameroon. I have no knowledge about the country but good knowledge about the company.

Your earliest replies will be highly appreciated as I need to reply to them in 1 or 2 days.

Nigeria is even better in terms of monetary compensation, though there are some security concerns. Nigerian govt is serious in professionalising its bureaucracy.

West Africa is currently experiencing an economic boom. Cameroon is less flamboyant than its other neighbours, but it is a relatively quiet place.

Ghana is the best place to be in West Africa. Better run place. People are down-to-earth and gentle. Nigerians are a bit rough, but very easy to do business with. Cameroonians are somewhere in between.

You seem to be getting an excellent package. As Ashedfc has mentioned, it's an excellent package. Also check the tax rates if it is worth the effort.

Many people can only dream of what they are offering you. Rather than taking up a labour job here I guess you will be better off going to Cameroon with the perks.

The company has no registered office but talks a lot about their credentials.

This created some doubts in mind, so I further searched forums, websites to check genuineness of the company though the hiring process went normally as in any company.

Similar offer ( exactly similar words ! ) has been given to another guy in UK and he has found at that this company is forgery company. He elaborated how he found at about this scam in a forum. The link is here. I am not going to reply to this scam offer.
