Questions about lease rates for shops n kiosks in malls in GTA

I wanted to know what is involved in, lets say, starting a small luggage shop in a mall in GTA area.
What would be approx length of lease, what would be montly rent etc.
I guess I will have to make some investment initially with who so ever is offering franchise agreement and what happens when such venture fails.
Can any experienced or knowledgeable CDs here please elaborate how immigrants can get into such business ventures?

For the first couple of questions, you can go to any mall's office in which you are interested in setting up a stall and find out.
For a luggage shop, you will have to find wholesaler or supplier, not sure if there is any franchise.
