Mail received from CIO for my PR and also received temporary work permit

I have received mail from CIO saying that my application is complete couple of days ago. I have just received two years temporary open work permit today. I have undergone Medical Test for the work permit.
Now my questions are :
1) Do I need to undergo medical test again for PR ?
2) What do I need to do after receiving mail from CIO saying that your application will be forwarded to VO?
3) How long does it take to get PR stamping after receiving the mail from CIO ?
I am also planning to go to Canada as soon as possible with my work permit. It would be extremely helpful to me if you advise me what to do next.

Was the application you filled and submitted was for a Work Permit? Did you get an LMO?
1) There is normally one medical to get into Canada. Now keep your Fingers Crossed. If their requirement calls for a second one, you will get a letter from them just when you complete ONE year of your Work Permit. The work permit issued to you will be on account of you qualifying for an NOC number and in A, O, or B level. And at the end of 12 months you will be eligible for PR then.
2) You wait for a response from the VO (Officer) either for Passport Request OR for an interview. IF it is for the PPR, then, you will get a TRV with the work permit. You can contact your employer after that. (Are they paying for your ticket?)
3) Should not take long. After you receive your Passport and the Visa, your travel agent will be free to book you on a flight to your destination.
