hi,
My friends Uncle and aunty applied for Visit visa in Pakistan.But da Visa officer rejected their application.Can they appeal for visa approvel in canada?

They provied complete documents as information provied on Cic sites.

nope... visit vsa rejections cant be appealed... only thing you can do is try to correct the reason for refusal and reapply...
