Hi,
Papers for spousal immgration have reached CHC Delhi on 02 Jan 2013, PP has been sent to CHC Delhi on 04 Mar 2013, they have updated us saying that the application is under process from 17 April 2013, my question is does Jan to Apr come under processing time or would it start from Apr 17.
Also i do understand that they is no set time gaurantee of approving the visa but if someone could give me a rough timeline on what the next steps would be highly appreciated.
