Need your expert opinion. My parents have received immigration visa 2 weeks ago. However, mother is sick and can not travel and have to stay with younger brother. We would like father to come first, he is the principal applicant. Is this possible and allowed? would it create any problems for mother's immigration (in 2-3 months)?

Yes, your father can come alone as long as he's the principal application.

No, your mother will not have any problems later on, as long as her visa is still valid.
